The app will track your progress as well as your nutrition if you choose to enter it. Your breathing can also be tracked thanks to the sensors on your chest. Additionally, the app will suggest advice carefully curated by fitness professionals. Personalized workouts will be proposed on the app which will redirect you to the Adidas Training app, which you can link to your Zelus profile.

This two piece set is designed for your cardio and HIIT workouts. With its added wind breaker, you can workout outdoors as well as indoors. The windbreaker is equipped of a little chip which mainly records your pace, as the piece isn't close enough to the skin for accurate body scanning. The top comes with palm coverings.
